Terese Carole Stockwell-Burkett, 59, of Addison, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 in Henry Clay Twp., Fayette County. She was born June 29, 1959 in Detroit, MI, a daughter of Dorothy (Gelineau) Stockwell, Fairfax, VA and the late James Stockwell. She is survived by her mother; husband, Robert A. Burkett; children, Robert T. King III, Uniontown, Stephanie Carole King, Arlington, VA, Shelby Danielle Burkett, Uniontown and Dakota Skiles Burkett, Addison; grandchildren, Parker Daniel and Chase Thomas King; sisters, Celeste Barnes, Spring Grove, Kathleen Haggerty, Chantilly, VA and brother, Patrick Stockwell, Leander, TX. Terese was a 13 year veteran of the US Marine Corps, and a member of Confluence V.F.W. Post 7250 and St. Ann RC Church, Grantsville, Maryland. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday and from 11 AM till 1 PM Friday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a prayer service will be held at 1 PM Friday with Deacon Harold Bradley of St. Ann RC Church officiating. Interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.
