Telford M. Hoover III, 66, Confluence, passed away Friday, January 29, 2021 in Confluence. He was born January 21, 1955 in New Baltimore, a son of Glenn Hoover and the late, Elva (Nicholson) Hoover. In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Donna (Shaulis), daughters, Wendy Hoover, Confluence and Elisha Fazenbaker, Rockwood and a son, Scott Hoover, Confluence; grandchildren, Dallas Hoover, Brady Hoover, Makaylah Fazenbaker, Isabella Schartiger, David Fazenbaker, Riley Fazenbaker and Hailey Hoover; brothers, Leonard Hoover and Glenn Hoover, Jr. and sisters, Jacqueline Conn and Melva Conway. Telford was a veteran of the US Army and a member of Confluence V.F.W. Post 7250. He was retired from the Pennsylvania Bureau of Forestry. At his request there will be no viewing or funeral service.
