Tammy D. Rugg, 53, Scullton, passed away Monday, December 30, 2019 at her home. She was born July 6, 1966 to Charles L. and Nancy (Ohlhauser) Phillippi. Her father, husband, Jesse Rugg and a brother, Charles Phillippi preceded her in death. She is survived by her mother, life companion Nick Platt, Scullton, sons, Jesse and wife, Amber, Markleton, Dakota, Scullton and a daughter, Amanda King, Confluence. Also, 6 grandchildren, Jesse and Luke Rugg, Ellie, Stephen and Peyton King and Kayson Casteel. Friends will be received from 1-3 PM Saturday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will follow the viewing at 3 o'clock with Rev. Boyd Race officiating.
