Tamara A. "Tammy" Wilburn-Shumaker, 27, of Confluence, died Monday, September 5, 2016 at Uniontown Hospital. She was born May 30, 1989 in Johnstown, a daughter of Clark and Susan (Dora) Wilburn of Confluence. She is survived by her parents; friend and companion, Michael Wingard; daughter, Nevaeh Wilburn and son, Dallas Wingard, both at home; sister, Lamonica Watson, Boswell and paternal grandparents, Clark, Sr. and Betty Wilburn, Ursina. She was a graduate of Turkeyfoot Valley High School Class of 2007. Friends will be received from 3-7 PM Thursday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will follow at 7 o'clock with Rev. Dean Hay, Jr. officiating.
