He served as a police officer for Confluence Borough and then worked at Malsbary Carlisle (later Calvert Wire) as head of maintenance for over 40 years. He then worked as a diesel mechanic at GNH Trucking and then at Marcon Building Supply until his retirement. Jack was an avid golfer and enjoyed being on the course with his sons and friends. For many years, he also spent his mornings having coffee and breakfast with his friends at Lonestar and Curt’s. He will be remembered for his quick wit and outspoken personality. He always spoke his mind and had a way of making people laugh with his honesty and no-nonsense attitude. He was truly one of a kind.
