Sharon F. Kimmel, 57, of Confluence, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at her home. She was born August 26, 1959 in Confluence, a daughter of Nancy (Dwire) Conn of Confluence and the late Warren D. "Chub" Conn. She is survived by her mother, daughters, Angie Kimmel, Uniontown and Christina Kimmel, Confluence; grandchildren, Danielle Fields, Madison and Carter Nicholson, Brianna Kimmel, Junior Chidester, Mazie Chidester and Precious and Khaya Kimmel; sister, Jacqueline Coughenour, Confluence and brothers, Keith Conn and wife, Coleen, Confluence and Kerry Conn and wife, Sheri, Boswell; also a number of nieces and nephews. Sharon was a member of the Confluence United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Turkeyfoot Valley High School Class of 1978 and earned an associate degree in business from West Virginia Career Institute, Uniontown. Friends will be received from 1-4 PM Saturday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will follow the visitation at 4 PM with Rev. Valerie Stark officiating. Interment in Kingwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to help defray funeral expenses.
