Samuel P. Minnick, 58, of Confluence, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017 at his home. He was born July 4, 1958 in Confluence, a son of Margaret (Bower) Minnick of Confluence and the late Paul E. Minnick. In addition to his mother he is survived by an aunt, Linda Hay of Hagerstown, Maryland and a number of cousins. Sam was a graduate of Turkeyfoot Valley High School and served in the U.S. Army. Friends will be received from 1-3 PM Sunday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence where a service will follow the viewing at 3 PM with Rev. Samuel McClintock officiating.
