Robert F. Dwire, Jr., 46, of Confluence, passed away Monday, August 18, 2014 in Uniontown Hospital. He was born August 21, 1967 in Somerset, a son of Doris Joan (Grimm) Dwire of Confluence and the late Robert F. Dwire, Sr. In addition to his mother, he is survived by 4 children; Brittany Ann Dwire, daughter of Melissa Bennett, Addison, Levi Dalton Dwire, Abigail Grace Dwire, and Jessie Robert Dwire, children of Cora Jean Thomas, Farmington; step son, James Allen Kemp, Jr., son of Lori Armstrong, Confluence; sisters, Lida Tinkey and husband, Harold, Wellersburg, Darlene Singer and husband, Wayne, Somerset, Pamela Shipley and husband, Roger, Confluence, Marlene Beckner, Somerset, Robin Dwire, Confluence; brother, Harry E. Pritts, Jr. and wife, Denise, Somerset and numerous nieces and nephews. Bob was a 1986 graduate of Turkeyfoot Valley Area High School and was employed as a diesel mechanic at The U Company in Confluence. He was a member of Turkeyfoot Fish and Game Club, the pool league at Dodds Hotel in Confluence and a social member of Confluence V.F.W. Post 7250. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle with friends. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Friday, August 22, 2014 and 11 AM to 1 PM, the hour of service Saturday, August 23, 2014 at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, with Rev. Samuel McClintock officiating. Interment in Kingwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
