Robert Kevin Cox, 50, Confluence, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021 at UPMC Somerset. He was born August 15, 1970 in Somerset, a son of David R. and Brenda (Pletcher) Cox. His parents and a brother, David R. Cox, Jr. preceded him in death. He is survived by a brother, Terry Cox, Lancaster, sisters, Tammy Geiser, Markleton and Tracy Brewer, Ohio; sister-in-law, Dawn Cox and nephew, James Cox, both of Connellsville and a cousin and special friend, Maury Sutton, Confluence; also, numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins. Kevin was a member of the Rockwood American Legion Post 279, Rockwood Sportsmen's Club, Confluence V.F.W. Post 7250, Turkeyfoot Fish and Game Assoc. and Laborers, Carpenters and Operators Unions. There will be no viewing or funeral service at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
