Richard L. Fazenbaker, 72, of Confluence, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2026. He was born February 9, 1954 in Confluence, a son of Edward P. and Mary Esther (Lytle) Fazenbaker. His parents, son Richard, brothers Edward and David Fazenbaker, and sister Janet Kemp preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife Vickie (Murphy) Fazenbaker; daughters Chrystal (John) Peck, Confluence, Holly Holliday, Washington, PA, and Lisa Briskey, Uniontown; grandchildren Trevor and Justin Peck, Christiana Fazenbaker, and Dylan, Meyers, and Blake Passarelli; sister Sarah Shipley, Star Junction; brother Kenneth Fazenbaker, Confluence; and special friends Bill and Darlene Ohler. Richard loved camping and enjoyed trips to Gettysburg with his friends. Friends and family will be received from 4-8 PM on Monday, September 28 at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will be held Tuesday, September 29 at 11 AM with Rev. Andrew Jones officiating.  There will be viewing one hour prior to the service Tuesday. Interment in Jersey Cemetery.
