Ralph William "Bill" Kemp II, Rockwood, passed away December 22, 2022 following a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was born June 17, 1964 in Somerset, a son of Ralph W. and Ethel Pearl (Harbaugh) Kemp. His parents, a sister, Catherine Bisel and a special friend, Roberta Mosholder preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving companion, Lisa Mosholder and her children, Evan and Eddie; a son, Ralph William Kemp, Jr. (Samantha) and their children, Lilly, Sage, Eden and Grace; niece, Lisa Garletts (Todd) and their children; nephew, Dale Bisel and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Bill was an employee of Harbaugh Trucking and a member or former member of Confluence VFW Post 7250, Rockwood Sportsman's Club, Laurel Ridge Sportsman's Club and the Somerset County Pool League. He loved to hunt, fish and ice fish. Friends will be received from 4-7 PM Monday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will follow the viewing at 7 PM with Rev. Tim Dietrich and Rev. Duane Riddle officiating. Private interment in Addison Cemetery.
