Rachel M. Coneway, 64, Markleton, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at her home. She was born July 18, 1958 in Confluence, a daughter of Walter C. and Mary G. Tressler. Her parents and a brother, George Tressler preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Gary; daughters, Tracy Miller (Shawn), Rockwood and Mary Tressler (Doug), Confluence; grandchildren, Christopher Miller (Samantha), Brian Miller, Dylan Tressler and Cassidy Tressler; great grandchildren, Theodore and Sawyer Miller; sisters, Jeanne Peck (John), Ursina, Donna Baughman (Bill), Somerset, Kathryn Buday, Dilliner, Sue Tressler, Somerset, Cindi Knopsnyder (Oran), Rockwood and brothers, David Tressler (Karen), Meyersdale and Terry Tressler, Somerset. Rachel was a retired member of Carpenters Union Local 2274, Pittsburgh; a member of Ursina American Legion Post 946 Auxiliary and Confluence V.F.W. Post 7250 Auxiliary. She was an avid gardener and quilter and enjoyed going to flea markets, taking bus trips and attending the Countryside Produce Auction in Springs. Friends will be received from 2-6 PM Friday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will follow the viewing at 6 PM with Rev. James Monticue officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
