Paul J. Kreger, 86, Ursina, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022 at his home. He was born April 11, 1935 in Markleton, a son of Benjamin Kreger and Alice (Ohler) Kreger Porterfield. His parents, wife, Patricia (Lytle), brother, Clarence and sisters, Dorothy Metz, Leora McClintock, Martha Nicholson and Ruth Ann Porterfield preceded him in death. He is survived by daughters, Linda Lancaster, Addison and Karen Rugg (Marshall), Confluence and a son Paul A. Kreger (Tammy), Ursina; grandchildren, Angela Hernandez, Lisa Harris, Benjamin Kreger, Brady Hoover, Charles Lancaster, Jr. and Mark Lancaster; great grandchildren, Michael and Allison Harris, Nicholas Deemer and Patricia Hernandez; also 6 step great grandchildren and 3 step great great grandchildren; brothers, Raymond Kreger (Louise), Confluence and Roger Porterfield, Ursina and sisters, Shirley King, Somerset and Loretta Rugg, Confluence. Paul was a member of the Turkeyfoot Fish and Game Club. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Wednesday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will be held immediately following the viewing at 8 PM with Pastor Andrew Broucher officiating.
