Paul H. Harter, 77, Confluence, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Select Specialty Hospital, Johnstown. He was born April 3, 1945 in Waynesburg, a son of Harvey and Margaret (Savage) Harter. His parents, wife, Dorothy (Burnworth) and a son, Michael preceded him in death. He is survived by a son, Jackson Warrick, Markleysburg; grandchildren, Matthew Harter, Stanley, NY and Kaitlin Bordwell, Penn Yan, NY; daughter-in-law, Mary Bordwell, Stanley, NY and a brother, Harold Harter and wife, Marsha, Washington. Friends will be received from 2-4 PM Saturday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a memorial service will follow the visitation at 4 PM with Rev. Samuel McClintock officiating. Interment in Jersey Cemetery at a later date.
