Patricia M. Younkin, 87, Confluence, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2025 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. She was born February 16, 1938 in Scottdale, a daughter of Fred F. and Mary (Murphy) Silbaugh. Her parents, husband, Curtis, sisters, Dolores Kinsinger and Eleanor Ansell and brothers, David "Skip" and Elmer Silbaugh preceded her in death. She is survived by sons, Frederick (Sandra), Confluence, Brian (Marsha), Somerset and Michael (Beth), Virginia Beach, VA; grandchildren, Daniel Younkin, Kathleen Shroyer and Chelsea Raun and great grandchildren, Aydan and Lucy Younkin and Jaxon and Karly Shroyer. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Tuesday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will be held at 10 AM Wednesday with Rev. Samuel McClintock officiating. Interment will follow in Confluence Baptist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 50, Memphis, TN 38101-9929.
