Patricia A. Hoover Foreman, 73, of Confluence, passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2013 in Select Specialty Hospital, Johnstown. She was born June 12, 1940 in Upper Turkeyfoot Twp., a daughter of Loyal Ray and Eva Grace (Ohler) Hoover. Her parents, husband, Tim and brothers Robert and David Hoover preceded her in death. She is survived by a daughter, Melissa Torchia and husband, Troy of California, step daughter Krista Campbell and husband, Gary and grandson, Max Campbell, all of Ohio, brother, Allen Hoover and wife, Holly, Ohio and sisters-in-law, Gretta Hoover, Ohio and Deanna Kimbel and husband, Miles, Arkansas. Patty, a registered nurse, retired as the nursing care coordinator for Gladman Memorial Hospital in Oakland, CA. Interment in Old Bethel Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
