Pamela Ann (DeLuke) Noel, 65, of Richland passed peacefully into the arms of her loving Savior Jesus on June 22, 2016. She was born May 9, 1951, a daughter of Anthony and Yvonne (Brougher) DeLuke. Her parents, grandparents, Oscar and Gladys (Kreger) Brougher and a great niece, Leah Martin preceded her in death. She is survived by daughters, Amy (Brocht) Lausterer and husband, David, Quakertown, Candy (Brocht) Little and husband, Ed, Ebensburg and Nicole (Noel) Hunter and husband, Dan, Clarksville; grandchildren, Calvin Crow and wife, Kim, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Branden, Jason and Samuel Lausterer, Quakertown, and Noelle and Joshua Hunter, Clarksville; sister, Penny (DeLuke) Neimiller and husband, Leroy, Boswell; nephew, Jadon Cramer and wife, Renee and their children, Sarah and Jeremiah, Listie and niece, Anna (Cramer) Martin and husband, Paul and their children, Ryan, Elizabeth, and Rachel, Friedens. Friends will be received from 11 AM – 2 PM Saturday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will follow immediately at 2 o'clock with Rev. Paul Tobias officiating. Private interment in Kingwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery. In memory of Pam, the family suggests random acts of kindness.
