Norman Keith Hilliard, 74, Confluence, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2020 at In Touch Hospice, Somerset. He was born November 20, 1945 in Confluence, a son of Scott F. and Verna Pearl (Thomas) Hilliard. His parents, a son, Brian and brothers, Ronald, Ray, Clyde, Dennis and Martin preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Sandra (VanSickle); a son, Ferlin and partner, Tabitha Fitz, Latrobe, grandsons, Brently, Dustin and wife, Savannah, and Montgomery and great grandsons, Bryer and Beckett; brother, James and wife, Samantha, Rockville, MD and sisters, Faye Shaffer, Ursina, Kay Thompson, Confluence, Denise Foy and husband, Tom, Berlin, Jean Hause and husband, Dave, Berlin and Sharon Hilliard, Central City; also, numerous nieces and nephews. Keith was a graduate of Turkeyfoot Valley High School and a veteran of the US Army. Friends will be received from 2-7 PM Thursday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will follow the viewing at 7 PM with Rev. Valerie Stark officiating. In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines, facial masks are recommended.
