Marleen E. Nicola, 77, Somerset, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin. She was born July 3, 1948 in Mill Run, a daughter of Robert and Loretta (Shroyer) Bryner. Her parents, first husband, Donnie Matthews, sister, Debbie Bryner and a brother-in-law, Dewey Stillwagon preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Joseph, a daughter, Lori Fox (Dave), Indian Head; grandson, Matthew Fox; sisters, Pauline Stillwagon, Sycamore, Peggy Shearer (Glen) and Karen Pritts, (Earl), both of Mill Run and brothers, Bobby Bryner (Jill) and Marvin Bryner (Jerene), also both of Mill Run. Marleen worked as a cashier at Seven Springs Resort and retired from Super Value in New Stanton. There will be no viewing or funeral service. Interment will be in Silbaugh Cemetery, Fort Hill at a later date.
