Mark D. "Tuggle" Troy, 60, Markleysburg, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2020 at WVU Medical Center, Morgantown, WV, surrounded by family and friends. He was born April 20, 1959 in Confluence, a son of David and Ida (Wilhelm) Troy. His parents and a daughter Tia Scott preceded him in death. He is survived by a daughter, Taylor Troy, Markleysburg, a son, Ryan Klobucher, Pittsburgh, special friend and companion, Leigh West, Confluence, brother, Douglas Troy, Listonburg and sisters, Debbie LeWalk and husband, Jay, Cleveland, OH, Cheryl Troy Gilleland, Listonburg, Terri Nicholson and husband, Craig, Erie, Melanie Sanner, Listonburg and Lisa Troy Younkin and husband, Billy, Addison. Mark was a 1977 graduate of Turkeyfoot Valley High School and a member of Carpenter's Union Local 432 of Pittsburgh. He loved carpentry and enjoyed fishing, hunting and classic cars. He will be missed by his family and many friends. There will be no services at this time.
