Lucy C. Nieves, 72, Confluence, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019 at her residence. She was born July 11, 1946 in Puerto Rico, a daughter of Jose Manuel and Ana Josefa (Hernandez) Nieves. She is survived by a brother, Pedro Nieves and wife, Debbie, Cleveland, Ohio, sister, Maria Banks and husband, Charles, Maple Heights, Ohio, sister-in-law, Jacqueline Nieves, Confluence and nieces, Joanna Nieves, Confluence and Jolene Byzon and husband, Michael, Philadelphia as well as a number of other nieces and nephews. Services and interment will take place in Cleveland, Ohio.
