Linda R. Finley, 71 of Confluence, passed away on September 26, 2026 at her home. She was born November 18, 1954 in Charleroi, a daughter of the late James Hicks. Linda is survived by her husband of 43 years, Richard. She was an avid book lover and elementary school librarian who enjoyed playing games with her students, thus becoming a favorite to many. Per Linda's wishes, there will be no services.
