Laura Mae Sarver, 85, of Confluence, passed away Friday, February 10, 2017 in Uniontown Hospital. She was born February 5, 1932 in Confluence, a daughter of Jesse and Alice (Morrison) Silbaugh. Her parents, husband, Artie Sarver, Jr., son, Dennis Wayne Sarver, 4 brothers and 2 sisters preceded her in death. She is survived by sons, Daniel and wife, Sharon, Confluence, Charles Sproul, Jr. and wife, Lorine, Uniontown, Michael and wife, April and Randy and wife, Melanie, all of Confluence; daughters, Kathy Bolyard, Grafton, WV, Pamela Shamitko and husband, Steve, Belle Vernon and Deanna Shafer and husband, Will, Confluence; 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Laura was the last surviving member of her family. She was a member of the Sugar Loaf Church. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Sunday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will be held at 11 AM Monday with Rev. Terry Collins officiating. Interment will follow in Sugar Loaf Cemetery.
