Kevin R. Steede, 75, of Confluence, Pennsylvania, formerly of Littleton, Massachusetts, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 at his home. He was born July 15, 1941 in Waltham, MA, a son of the late John F. and Catherine (Cullen) Steede. He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Delaney), sons, Christopher and wife, Bridgette, West Dennis, MA and Dennis, Markleysburg, PA; daughter, Tara Holliday and husband, Scott, Confluence; grandchildren, Hunter Holliday and Kayla Steede; sisters, Jean French, Weston, MA and Marilyn Eagan, Waltham, MA; brother, John Steede and wife, Nancy, Otisfield, Maine and many nieces and nephews. Kevin was a retired union brick layer and served in the US Army. He was a member of St. Joan of Arc RC Church, Farmington, PA, Confluence Lions Club, Middlecreek Golf Club, and Fitchburg (MA) Old Timer's Hockey. He coached youth hockey in Massachusetts for many years, was an avid golfer and outdoorsman and a big time Boston sports fan. Friends will be received from 2-8 PM Wednesday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a Wake Service will be held at 3:30 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM Thursday in St. Joan of Arc RC Church with Rev. Father James F. Petrovsky as celebrant. Committal in Confluence Baptist Cemetery.
