Joseph H. Nicholson, 48, Confluence, passed away Monday, August 27, 2018 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. He was born November 1, 1969 in Connellsvile, a son of Frances Bowers and Joseph Nicholson. His father and a brother, Ralph Bowers preceded him in death. He is survived by his mother, a daughter, Shelby Nicholson and a son, Connor Nicholson, both of Somerset and a brother, Brian, Confluence. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will be held at 11 AM Friday with Rev. Samuel McClintock officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Summit Cemetery. There will be viewing one hour prior to the service on Friday.
