Jane Beachy, 83, Addison, passed away October 1, 2021 at South Fayette Nursing Center, Markleysburg. She was born July 8, 1938 in Accident, MD, a daughter of William Homer and Oma (Friend) Lohr. Her parents, husband, Paul "Lucky" Beachy, brother, Fred Lohr, sister, Marie Allen and daughter-in-law, Donna Beachy preceded her in death. She is survived by a son, Douglas, Addison and a daughter, Darlene Ohler and husband, Bill, Markleton; grandchildren, Anthony Ohler, Jennifer Johnson, Lacey Ohler and Nicole Mark; great grandchildren, Danielle Johnson, Alex and Axel Brant and Wyatt Ohler and sisters, Elsie Nicholson, Jean Phillippi and Donna Price. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church of Addison and was employed for many years as a secretary for Whetsell Lumber Co. of Addison. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will be held at 10 AM Tuesday with Rev. Samuel McClintock officiating. Interment in Addison Cemetery. There will be viewing one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
