Jamie L. Tressler, 45, Confluence, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2022 at home surrounded by his family. He was born February 14, 1977 in Meyersdale, a son of Donald Tressler (Renee), Confluence and Gwynne (Bonnar) Evans (Joe), Somerset. He is survived by his parents, wife, Kristi (Miller); sons, Cameron Hostetler (Emily), Brandon Tressler (Ryelee) and Chase Tressler; grandson, Braydon Hostetler; grandmother, Edna Tressler, Confluence; brothers, Mark Tressler (Stacy), Confluence, Michael Tressler (Jenny), Johnstown and sister, Ashley Nichols (Eric), Confluence; in-laws, Roger and Cheryl Miller, Markleton and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by grandfather, Dwight Tressler; grandmother, Gloria Hostetler; Grandma Grace; step-father, Lynn Younkin and an uncle, David Tressler. Jamie was a member of Laborers Union Local 1058, Pittsburgh and the Turkeyfoot Fish and Game Assoc. He loved hunting and fishing with his boys, spending time with family and friends and was an avid basketball and wrestling fan. Friends will be received from 12-6 PM Tuesday (today) at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will follow the visitation at 6 PM with Pastors Sam Coughenour and Robert Cale officiating. Interment will be private in Addison Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Turkeyfoot boys' basketball team or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
