James W. Ulderich, 81, Confluence, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2024 at Henry Clay Villa, Markleysburg. He was born May 24, 1942 in Morgantown, WV, a son of Henry and Ruth (Cottrell) Ulderich. His parents, wife, Pauline Butler, brothers, Robert and Charles Ulderich, sisters, Jessie Rugg and Louise Close and a grandson, Dakota Ulderich preceded him in death. He is survived by sons, Joseph and Fred Ulderich and Donald Butler and daughters, Samantha Ulderich, Sue Hilliard, Karen Dively and Kelly Younkin; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; brothers, Calvin and Victor Ulderich and sisters, Eileen Henning, Brenda Kushak, Darlene Bricker and Chris Metheney. James was a US Army veteran and a retired employee of Coleman Co. of Somerset. A Celebration of Life will be held for Jim on June 17, 2024 at 3 PM at VFW Post 7250 in Confluence.
