Frances Marie Leighty Richter, 75, of Confluence, passed away Friday, February 13, 2015 in Uniontown Hospital. She was born October 3, 1939 in Dunbar Twp., Fayette Co., a daughter of the late Frank and Eldora (Bryner) Wilson. She is survived by her companion of 37 years, William Leighty; children, Dellman E. Richter, Clarence W. Richter, and Sherry L. Richter, all of Confluence and Henry B. Richter, Friedens; 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, sisters, Loretta Ford, Connellsville and Darlene Wilson, Dawson and brothers, Donald Wilson, Florida, and Joseph and Benjamin Wilson, Dawson. There will be no viewing or service.
