Catherine E. Bisel, 70, Confluence, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at The Patriot in Somerset. She was born March 8, 1948 in Confluence, a daughter of Ralph W. and Ethel Pearl (Harbaugh) Kemp. Her parents, husband, William and an infant daughter, Katie Lynn preceded her in death. She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Garletts and husband, Todd, Somerset, son, William Dale Bisel, Confluence, grandchildren, Cody, Brittany, Lindsey and McKenzie Garletts and Gracie Bisel and a brother, Ralph William Kemp, Jr., Confluence. Friends will be received from 7-9 PM Friday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will be held at 11 AM Saturday with Rev. Dean Hay, Jr. officiating. Interment in Addison Cemetery. There will be viewing one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
