Carol L. (Vogel) Shroyer, 40, Confluence, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, June 14, 2022 with her family at her side. She was born June 8, 1982 in Meyersdale, a daughter of Edwin and Nancy (Kelley) Vogel. Her father and a brother, Andrew preceded her in death. She is survived by her mother of Ridgeley WV; children, Khloe Shroyer and fiance, Kenny Simmons and Avery Shroyer, Confluence; brothers, Edwin Vogel, Jr. (Angela), Meyersdale, Roger Vogel (Melanie), Cumberland, MD; sisters, Rebecca S. Lindeman, Somerset, Elizabeth Kulenovic (Bob), Confluence and Jennifer Brown (Dennis), Normalville and numerous nieces and nephews. Carol was a 2000 graduate of Turkeyfoot Valley Area High School. Friends will be received from 11 AM – 1 PM Monday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence where a funeral service will follow the viewing at 1 PM with Rev. Ken Jones officiating. Interment in Kingwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to help defray final expenses.
