Carol L. Blubaugh, 86, Meyersdale, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Rest Assured Living Center, Meyersdale. She was born October 6, 1935 in Confluence, a daughter of Earl O. and Louise (Dridy) Frazee. Her parents, infant daughter, Beth Ann, brother, William Frazee and sister-in-law, Marcia (Anderson) Frazee preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Donald, son, David and wife, Darlene, Meyersdale, grandson, Justin Blubaugh and fiancé, Becca McCoy, Summit Mills, granddaughter, Jessica Blubaugh and fiancé, Roy Barron, Meyersdale; sister, Marlene Tissue and husband, Max, Hagerstown, MD and brother, Dean Frazee and wife, Debbie, Fort Hill. Also, numerous nieces and nephews. A graduate of Turkeyfoot Valley High School (Class of 1953) and West Penn School of Nursing (Class of 1957), Carol worked for many years as a nurse at Meyersdale Community Hospital. She was an active member of Zion Lutheran Church of Meyersdale, a former member of the board of directors of Meyersdale Community Hospital and a member of the Meyersdale Nurse's Assoc. There will be no viewing or visitation at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Zion Lutheran Church, 355 Center St., Meyersdale, PA 15552.
