Betty Jane Foy, 90, Listonburg, passed away Monday, May 20, 2024 at her home. She was born April 23, 1934 in Addison Township, a daughter of Sollie and Wilma (Silbaugh) Turney. Her parents, husband, Henry and a son, Russell preceded her in death. She is survived by a daughter, LaVerna Christine Condle, Lexington Park, MD; grandchildren, Amy, Tony and Christopher Condle and Vincent Foy and great grandchildren, Alexis, Madelyn and Drew Condle. Betty was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Addison, Addison Vol. Fire Dept. Auxiliary and the Confluence Red Hats. Friends will be received from 11 AM – 1 PM Friday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence, where a service will follow the visitation at 1 PM with Rev. Samuel McClintock officiating. Interment will follow in Addison Cemetery.
